护理职业态度问卷的编制及在实习护理专业学生中的信效度验证

The development of nursing occupational attitude questionnaire and its reliability and validity in practice nursing students

目的构建护理职业态度问卷,并验证其在实习护理专业学生(以下简称护生)中的信效度。方法采用德尔菲法编制护理职业态度问卷,通过便利抽样的方法选择2015年7月-2017年7月在我院实习的241名护生进行调查,采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据结果进行分析。结果形成的"护理职业态度问卷"共包括34个条目,问卷各条目的I-CVI为0.800～1.000,总S-CVI为0.898,采用探索性因子分析法共可提取3个特征根值在1.0以上的公因子,累积方差贡献率为70.3%;护士职业认同问卷各维度与护理职业态度问卷各维度的相关性系数r值为0.132～0.480(P<0.05);问卷的Cronbach'sα系数为0.886,3周后的重测相关系数为0.812。结论新编制的"护理职业态度问卷"具有较高的信效度,可以作为实习护生职业态度的评估工具。

Objective To develop nursing career attitude questionnaire and verify its reliability and validity in practice nurses.Methods Nursing career attitude questionnaire was developed by Delphi method.Through the method of convenient sampling,241 nursing students who were practicing in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected for investigation.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data results.Results The nursing career attitude questionnaire included 34 items.The I-CVI of each item in the questionnaire was between 0.800 and 1.000,and the total S-CVI was 0.898.The exploratory factor analysis method could extract 3 characteristic root values above 1.0.The common factor and cumulative variance contribution rate was 70.3%.The correlation coefficient between the dimensions of the nurse's occupational identity questionnaire and the dimensions of the nursing career attitude questionnaire was between 0.132 and 0.480,There was significant difference(P<0.05);The Cronbach'sαof this questionnaire was 0.886,and the retest correlation coefficient after three weeks was 0.812.Conclusion The newly established nursing attitude questionnaire was found to be a high reliability and validity,and can be used as an assessment tool for professional attitudes of practice nurses.
