胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者营养状况现状调查与影响因素研究

Nutritional status of gastrointestinal cancer patients and it's influencing factors

目的探讨分析胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的营养现状及其影响因素。方法选择2017年1-12月在我院住院治疗的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者146例,采用一般资料调查表、患者自评营养状况主观评估表(PG-SGA)对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者的营养状况的进行现况调查,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者营养不良发生率80.9%,多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,患者的年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、既往史、低蛋白血症和总蛋白缺乏是胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者营养风险的预测因素(P<0.05)。结论胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者普遍存在营养不良,BMI指数超出正常范围,低蛋白血症,总蛋白缺乏,既往存在高血压、糖尿病等慢性病的老年患者发生营养不良的风险较高,临床护理工作中应加强对此类患者营养支持。

Objective To investigate the nutritional status of gastrointestinal cancer patients and it's influencing factors.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,146 cases of gastrointestinal malignant tumors hospitalized in a class three grade hospital in Tianjin were selected.The status of nutritional status of patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor was investigated by using the general data questionnaire and the subjective assessment table of patients'self-assessment nutrition status(PG-SGA),and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The incidence of malnutrition in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor was 80.9%.The results of multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that the patient's age,BMI index,previous history,hypoproteinemia and total protein deficiency were predictors of nutritional risk in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion Malnutrition is common in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors.The BMI index is beyond the normal range,hypoproteinemia and total protein deficiency.The risk of malnutrition in elderly patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes is higher,and nutritional support should be strengthened in clinical nursing.
