摘要
采用后成型法对Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛挤压成型,通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)对成型分子筛(CX-Al-MCM-41)进行结构表征.结果表明,催化剂成型后仍具有典型介孔结构,NH3的脱附温度为220℃,总酸量可达0.820 1 mmol·g^(-1).将CX-Al-MCM-41用于催化合成乙二醇单丁醚,催化反应速率没有明显降低,催化剂经多次重复使用后平均反应速率仍可达到2.6 mol EO/mol·h.
Al-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve was extruded by post-forming method.The structures of the characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD).The results showed that the extruded catalys(t CX-Al-MCM-41)had typical MCM-41characteristics and NH3 stripping temperature is 220℃,the total acid amount of 0.820 1 mmol·g-1.After forming molecular sieves used in catalytic synthesis of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether,catalytic reaction rate was not significantly reduced.After many repeated use,average catalytic reaction rate can still be reached 2.6 mol EO/mol·h.
