摘要
针对传统教学在动物性食品卫生学教学中存在的问题,介绍了基于情景教学法的动物性食品卫生学教学设计,并阐述了情景教学法在实施过程中需注意的事项,以期为进一步提高动物性食品卫生学的教学效果提供参考。
According to the existing problems in the traditional teaching of animal derived food hygiene,this paper introduced the instructional design of animal derived food hygiene based on situational teaching method,and expounded the matters needing attention in the implementation process of situational teaching method,in order to provide references for further improving the teaching effect of animal derived food hygiene.
