农村土地股份合作模式探析——以莒县龙泉峪村为例

Analysis on Share Cooperation Mode of Rural Land:Taking Longquanyu Village of Juxian County as an Example

农村土地股份合作是农村土地流转后经营的一种方式,具有实现规模经营、提高经济效益、提供就业机会等优点。本文以山东省莒县龙泉峪村土地流转为例,探索了"村集体+土地股份合作社+工商资本"的土地股份合作模式,介绍了模式的特征、背景、主要做法及取得的成效,以期为农村土地股份合作提供参考。

The rural land share cooperation is a way of rural land operation after circulation,has the advantages such as achieving economies of scale,improving economic efficiency,providing employment opportunities.This paper taking the land circulation of Longquanyu Village of Juxian Cou-nty in Shandong Province as an example,explored the land share cooperation mode of"village collective+land share cooperative+industrial and commercial capital",and introduced the characteristics,background,main methods and achievements of the mode,in order to provide references for the rural land share cooperation.
