摘要
06Cr23Ni13钢是常用作热处理炉炉底板的奥氏体耐热不锈钢。通过分析06Cr23Ni13钢的化学成分和性能,发现其热裂倾向大、可能产生晶间腐蚀、焊接时易产生较大焊接变形。基于此,选择焊条电弧焊并配以合适的焊接工艺参数进行了焊接,经测试,焊缝的性能不低于母材,证明该焊接工艺是可行的。
06Cr23Ni13 steel is austenitic heat-resistant stainless steel that used as the bottom plate of heat treatment furnace.Through the analysis of the chemical composition and performance,found that its thermal cracking tends to be large and may produce intergranular corrosion and produce large welding deformation.According to its welding characteristics,the plate was welded with electrode arc welding,The performance of the weld was tested and found to be no less than the parent material,then proved that this welding process is feasible.
