VEGF、Sox-2、CXCR4在不同病理分级脑胶质瘤中的表达差异及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨VEGF、Sox-2、CXCR4在脑胶质瘤中的表达相关性及其临床意义。方法用组织免疫荧光法检测50例不同病理分级的脑胶质瘤组织VEGF、Sox-2、CXCR4蛋白的表达。结果 VEGF、Sox-2、CXCR4在正常脑组织中表达阴性;随着脑胶质瘤病理分级的增加,VEGF、Sox-2、CXCR4的表达增加,且高级别组(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)与低级别组(Ⅰ~Ⅱ级)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF、Sox-2、CXCR4在脑胶质瘤中的表达率呈正相关(r1=0.733, r2=0.735,r3=0.771,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、Sox-2、CXCR4与脑胶质瘤的进展有密切关系,且三者之间有显著相关性,在胶质瘤的进展中起相互协同作用,可作为判断胶质瘤恶性程度的指标。 Objective To investigate the correlativity of expression of VEGF,Sox-2 and CXCR4 in glioma and its clinical significance.Methods Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression of VEGF,Sox-2 and CXCR4.Results There was no expression of VEGF,Sox-2 and CXCR4 in normal brain tissue.Along with the increasing of the pathological grades of glioma,the expressions of VEGF,Sox-2 and CXCR4 increased.There was significant difference betweenⅢ~Ⅳgrade andⅠ~Ⅱgrade of glioma.The expression rates of VEGF,Sox-2 and CXCR4 were positively correlated(r 1=0.733,r 2=0.735,r 3=0.771,P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF,Sox-2 and CXCR4 are closely related with glioma development,and are positively related to each other,and may play a synergistic role in the development of glioma.They can serve as the indicators of the degree of malignancy in human glioma.
