体外培育牛黄联合西药治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Cultivation of Bezoar in Vitro Combined With Western Medicine on the Treatment of Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis in Children

目的观察体外培育牛黄联合西药治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎门诊患儿200例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组100例。对照组给予西医常规处理及抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予3天体外培育牛黄治疗,2组疗程均为5天。比较2组总体疗效及临床症状体征消退时间,观察白细胞、C反应蛋白变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率96.77%,明显高于对照组的85.42%(P<0.05);观察组临床症状体征消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞、C反应蛋白降低水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论体外培育牛黄联合西药治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎临床疗效肯定,使用安全。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cultivation of bezoar in vitro combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods Two hundred children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine routine treatment and anti-infection treatment,and the observation group was given 3 days cultivation of bezoar in vitro on the basis of the control group,the two groups were treated for 5 days.The total curative effect and the time of clinical symptoms and signs regression were compared,the changes of leukocyte and C reactive protein and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.42%)(P<0.05).The time of regression of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decreasing level of leukocyte and C reactive protein in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children with cultivation of bezoar in vitro combined with western medicine is effective and safe.
