易损性颈动脉斑块的MRI表现

摘要 目的研究易损性颈动脉斑块在磁共振成像中的表现,提高易损性颈动脉斑块用磁共振成像诊断的准确性。方法对经MRI检查并手术病理证实的31个病例的55个斑块,进行对比分析,针对磁共振诊断各类型斑块的灵敏度及特异度等指标。结果磁共振诊断结果中:III型Sen为0.750;Spe为1.000。诊断颈动脉斑块IV型-V型的Sen为1.000;Spe为0.875。诊断颈动脉斑块VI型的Sen为0.950;Spe为1.000;诊断颈动脉斑块VII型Sen为1.000;Spe为0.500。结论磁共振对不同性质的颈动脉斑块都有较好的诊断准确性。通过多序列技术予以处理,提高斑块的形态及信号特征清晰度,同时可针对患者对易损性颈动脉斑块加以定位与分型,合理判断患者斑块稳定性情况。
