460例高龄备孕妇女抗苗勒氏管激素结果及妊娠结局分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨检测抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)在高龄备孕保健中的应用价值。方法:将460例35岁以上的高龄孕前优生检测妇女分为两组(35~40岁组280人;41~45岁组180人),对其进行AMH检测,并分析检测结果及回访结果。结果:41~45岁组受试者AMH水平低于35~40岁组,且AMH<1.1ng/mL的比例明显高于35~40岁组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。通过电话回访,成功妊娠25例,自然流产6例;经卡方检验发现,两组的妊娠率相近(6.43%vs 3.89%),无明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:AMH水平会随着孕妇年龄的增高而降低,高龄备孕妇女应用AMH检测评估卵巢储备功能,有助于评价高龄备孕妇女受孕几率,促进高龄备孕妇女生育规划,提高优生优育,降低妊娠风险。
