延续性护理对PICC带管出院患者的影响分析

目的:研究护理过程中进行延续性护理的PICC带管出院患者的影响结果。方法:2017年6月至2018年4月在本院就诊的114例PICC带管病人,将所有研究的病人均分为两组,对照组:57例,常规护理;观察组:57例,常规护理+延续性护理,对出院患者的并发症状况以及对护理工作的满意状况进行分析。结果:观察组57例接受延续性护理患者的并发症状况以及对护理结果满意状况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论:护理过程中进行延续性护理的PICC带管出院患者预后良好,利于患者的恢复,提高满意状况。

Objective:To study the effect of PICC with tube discharge patients during continuous care in nursing.Methods:A total of 114 patients with PICC who were treated in our hospital during the period 2017.06-2018.04 were divided into 2 groups:the control group:57 cases,routine care;the experimental group:57 cases,routine care+continuous care,the complications of discharged patients and their satisfaction with nursing work were analyzed.Results:The complications of the 57 patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The patients with PICC with continuous care during the nursing process discharged from the hospital have a good prognosis,which is conducive to the recovery of the patients and improves their satisfaction.
