近年来,通信领域人才需求缺口越来越大,尤其移动互联技术、终端接入侧技术及其相关领域的综合型人才的缺口还会进一步增大。通信工程教学改革最重要的方面是加强实践环节的设置以及注重实训效果。实训平台一直是通信类学校学生培养工作中不可缺少的重要教学工具,完善的平台功能能培养出学生的工程操作能力和工程创造能力。目前,通信领域实训基地投入巨大而效果甚微是最主要的问题。

In recent years,the telecommunication talent demand gap is bigger and bigger,especially for the mobile interconnection technology,the comprehensive talent breach in the fi eld of terminal access side technology and its related areas will be further enlarging.The most signifi cant part of the communication educational reform is to strengthen the setting of practice and to pay more attention to the effectiveness in training.Practical training platform is always an indispensable teaching tool in the work of cultivating students in telecommunication schools,since the excellent platform function will develop the students’ability of project operation and creation.The practical training base of telecommunication fi eld is now being tremendously invested,however,the improvements are extremely slight.
