地方高校工科研究生科研实践基地建设探析

Construction of Scientific Research Practice Base for Engineering Postgraduate in Local Universities

针对全日制研究生科研实践基地建设过程中存在的问题,结合辽宁工程技术大学全日制控制科学与工程研究生科研实践基地建设,提出充分依靠政府支持、市场化导向的建设原则,强化校、企双导师的职责,健全考核和评价机制,采用校内、校外基地互补模式,创造良好科研氛围,实现研究生科研实践和创新能力的全面提升。

In view of the existing problems of the construction of fulltime postgraduate students,based on the construction process of the control science and engineering scientific in Liaoning Technical University,this paper puts forward the construction principle of relying on government support and market orientation,to strengthen the duties of the two supervisors of schools and enterprises,improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism,and create a good atmosphere for scientific research,then achieve an overall improvement of graduate research practice and innovation ability.
