小切口阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical Study on Appendectomy With Small Incision for Appendicitis

目的分析小切口阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎的疗效。方法回顾性选择2017年3月——2018年5月我院收治的182例阑尾炎患者,所有患者均行小切口阑尾炎切除术,观察临床疗效。结果 (1)182例患者,手术时间平均(25.6±1.47)min,切口长度平均(3.10±0.14)cm,住院时间平均(4.50±0.31)d。(2)182例患者,5例出现并发症,4例切口感染,1例腹腔脓肿,发生率为2.74%(5/182)。结论小切口阑尾炎切除术治疗阑尾炎,手术时间短,创伤小,术后恢复快,可缩短住院时间,而且不易出现并发症,安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of appendectomy with small incision for appendicitis.Methods A retrospective study of 182 cases of appendicitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018.All patients underwent small incision appendectomy to observe the clinical effect.All patients were treated with appendectomy with small incision,and the clinical effect was observed.Results(1)In 182 patients,the average operation time was(25.6±1.47)min,the average length of incision was(3.10±0.14)cm,and the average length of stay was(4.50±0.31)d.(2)Among 182 cases,5 cases of complications,4 cases of incision infection,1 case of abdominal abscess,the incidence rate was 2.74%(5/182).Conclusion Appendectomy for appendicitis with small incision has short operation time,small trauma,quick recovery,it can shorten the time of hospitalization,and has few complications,which is safe and reliable.
