探讨妊娠期糖尿病与新生儿黄疸之间的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究妊娠期糖尿病与新生儿黄疸的相关性。方法抽选我院2017年5月—2018年4月所收治的妊娠期糖尿病产妇40例作为研究组,同时选取同期健康产妇40例作为参照组;观察产妇的餐后2 h血糖与分娩后新生儿不同时间点的经皮胆红素值,研究糖尿病和新生儿黄疸之间的关系。结果研究组产妇餐后2 h血糖高于参照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(t=4.012,P <0.05);研究组新生儿出生后24 h、48 h、72 h、120 h的经皮胆红素水平均高于参照组新生儿,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病与新生儿黄疸之间存在一定的联系;产妇若患有妊娠期糖尿病,则新生儿发生黄疸的概率偏高。 Objective To analyze the relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus and neonatal jaundice.Methods Forty pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2018 were selected as study group and 40 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.To investigate the relationship between postprandial blood glucose and percutanous bilirubin in newborns at different time points after delivery,the relationship between diabetes mellitus and neonatal jaundice was studied.Results 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(t=4.012,P<0.05),and the levels of percutaneous bilirubin in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 24 h,48 h,72 h and 120 h after birth,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between gestational diabetes mellitus and neonatal jaundice;if pregnant women suffer from gestational diabetes,the probability of neonatal jaundice is higher.
