阿立哌唑和利培酮在双相障碍躁狂症治疗中的应用分析

Aripiprazole and Risperidone in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder Mania

目的分析阿立哌唑和利培酮在双相障碍躁狂症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的130例双相障碍躁狂症患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,给予对照组患者利培酮药物治疗,给予研究组患者阿立哌唑药物治疗,观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果治疗6周之后,研究组治疗总有效率为95.38%,高于对照组的78.46%,二者差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。对比分析两组患者治疗后不反应症状评定量表评分,对照组患者药物不良反应发生率高于研究组,P <0.05。结论双相障碍躁狂症患者给予阿立哌唑药物治疗具有良好的临床效果,并且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of bipolar disorder mania.Methods 130 patients with bipolar disorder mania treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with risperidone,the study group was treated with aripiprazole,the treatment effect and the adverse drug reaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After six weeks of treatment in the two groups,the total effective rate of the control group was 78.46%,the total effective rate of the patients in the study group was 95.38%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different,P<0.05.The symptom rating scale was comparative analyzed of the two groups of patients after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group,P<0.05.Conclusion Aripiprazole in the treatment of bipolar disorder mania has good clinical effect and high safety.
