PDCA管理在缩短全自动配药分包机工作耗时中的应用

Shortening Time Consuming of Full-automatic Medicine Dispensing Machine by PDCA Management

目的观察应用PDCA循环在缩短住院药房全自动配药分包机工作耗时的效果,为提高配药的速度和质量提供参考。方法通过收集2018年4月1-30日与2018年6月1-30日我院全自动配药分包机工作总耗时与停顿耗时数据,并进行统计与分析。比较实施PDCA管理前后配药分包机工作停顿耗时的差异情况。结果 4月分包机工作停顿耗时百分比为3.53%,而6月机器停顿耗时百分比降为2.32%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=286.437,P=0.000)。在影响分包机工作耗时的各项因素中,除了界面点击操作因系统自身操作指令无法改变外,其它3项耗时均有缩短。结论 PDCA循环管理法可缩短分包机在运行期间的停顿耗时,提高分包机的工作效率,进一步改善分包机的调剂质量。

Objective To observe the effect of PDCA circulation in shortening the working time of full-automatic medicine dispensing machine in inpatient pharmacy,and to provide reference for improving the speed and quality of dispensing.Methods The data of time-consuming and pause time-consuming were collected April 1-30,2018 and June 1-30,2018,and analyzed statistically.The difference of pause time-consuming of medicine dispensing machine before and after the implementation of PDCA management was compared.Results The percentage of time-consuming in April was 3.53%,while that in June was 2.32%.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(χ2=286.437,P=0.000).Among all the factors affecting time consuming during operation,except that the click operation on the interface can not be changed because of the operation instructions of the system itself,the other three kinds of timeconsuming were shortened.Conclusion PDCA cycle management method can significantly shorten the pause time-consuming during operation,improve the work efficiency and further improve the dispensing quality of full-automatic medicine dispensing machine.
