针对性护理在慢性宫颈炎护理中的应用效果及预后分析

Application Effect and Prognosis Analysis of Targeted Nursing in Chronic Cervicitis Nursing

目的探析慢性宫颈炎患者实施针对性护理的临床效果。方法将2016年3月—2018年1月于我院接受治疗的94例慢性宫颈炎患者选为研究对象,依照硬币法分为两组,即对照组与试验组,每组患者47例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施针对性护理,统计比较两组患者的临床疗效、疾病知识知晓率及护理满意度。结果试验组临床总有效率、疾病知识知晓率、护理满意度分别为97.9%、95.7%、97.9%,均高于对照组的80.9%、80.9%、83.0%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎患者实施针对性护理的临床效果更加确切,能够有效提高患者疾病知识知晓率及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of targeted nursing in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods 94 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects.According to the coin method,there were divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,and 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received targeted nursing.The clinical efficacy,awareness rate of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The total effective rate,knowledge rate of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction were 97.9%,95.7%and 97.9%respectively in the experimental group,which were 80.9%,80.9%and 83.0%in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of targeted nursing on chronic cervicitis patients is accurate,and it can effectively improve the awareness of disease knowledge and nursing satisfaction.
