人性化护理在脑外伤患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in Patients With Traumatic Brain Injury

目的对人性化护理在脑外伤患者护理中的应用效果进行全面分析。方法从我院2015年4月—2017年4月收治住院的脑外伤患者中抽选76例为研究对象,采用数字表法将其随机分为两组,即对照组(38例,常规护理)、研究组(38例,常规护理基础上开展人性化护护理),观察分析两组护理效果。结果护理后,研究组生活质量各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对脑外伤患者提供人性化护理,有助于改善其心理状况,从而提高其治疗依从性,加速机体康复进程,提高日后生活质量。

Objective To comprehensively analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of patients with traumatic traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 76 patients with traumatic brain trauma admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups by the digital table method,namely the control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and research group(38 cases,based on routine nursing,humanized nursing nursing),observation and analysis of the two groups of nursing effects was carried out.Results After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing humanized nursing for patients with traumatic brain injury can help to improve their psychological status,thereby improving their compliance,speeding up the body's rehabilitation process and improving the quality of life in the future.
