摘要
目的探究人性化护理模式在小儿先天性巨结肠经肛门手术中的应用效果。方法纳入2015年3月—2018年1月接受小儿先天性巨结肠经肛门手术治疗的40例患儿,随机分为常规组和研究组各20例,研究组给予人性化护理,并对两组患儿的治愈情况和治疗满意度情况。结果研究组患儿治愈率和家长满意率数据均高于常规组,且P <0.05。结论人性化护理对于小儿先天性巨结肠经肛门手术治疗效果具有提升作用,且具有较高的家长满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing mode in transanal operation of congenital megacolon in children.Methods 40 children with congenital megacolon underwent anus surgery from March 2015 to January 2018,were randomly divided into 20 cases in the routine group and 20 cases in the study group.The study group was given the humanistic nursing,and the cure and the satisfaction of the two groups were investigated and analyzed.Results The cure rate and parental satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The humanistic nursing has a good effect on the effect of the treatment of the congenital megacolon through anus operation,and has a high degree of parental satisfaction.
