摘要
目的分析老年糖尿病患者应用延续护理对其血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年8月—2018年1月收治的98例老年糖尿病患者,随机分组,对照组48例,实施常规护理干预,研究组50例,实施延续护理,比较两组患者的血糖控制水平以及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者干预后的各血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将延续护理用于老年糖尿病患者的日常护理中,对血糖控制良好,可改善生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing on blood glucose control and quality of life in elderly diabetic patients.Methods 98 cases of elderly diabetic patients in our hospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.48 cases in control group were given routine nursing intervention and 50 cases in the study group were given extended nursing.The blood glucose control level and the quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The average blood glucose of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing for elderly diabetes patients can control blood sugar well and improve the quality of life.
