摘要
目的比较传统排班与APN排班在责任制整体护理病房中的应用效果。方法研究2016年6月—2017年12月院内全部责任制科室护理人员(共计72名)依次开展8-8排班(对照组A)、传统排班(对照组B)及APN排班(观察组),每种排班方式持续进行6个月,对比不同排班制度对患者、医生及护士满意度情况,分析不同排班模式对护士护理工作质量评分的影响。结果观察组APN排版模式与其他两组排班模式相比较,护士满意度、患者满意度、医生满意度评价均更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);APN排班模式的科室比其他两组模式的护理工作质量高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 APN排班模式在责任制整体护理病房的应用效果明显,该模式有利于提高患者、医生及护士的满意度,保障护士护理工作质量。
Objective To compare the effect of traditional shift schedules and APN scheduling in the holistic nursing ward.Methods From June 2016 to December 2017,all the nursing staff in the hospital(72 in total)carried out 8-8 shifts(control group A),traditional shifts(control group B)and APN scheduling(observation group),each scheduling method lasted for 6 months,comparing the satisfaction of patients,doctors and nurses with different scheduling systems,and analyzing the impact of different scheduling models on the quality of nursing care work.Results Compared with the other two groups of scheduling patterns,the APN layout pattern of the observation group was significantly higher in nurse satisfaction,patient satisfaction,and doctor satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of APN scheduling mode was compared.The quality of nursing work in the other two groups was high,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of APN scheduling mode is obvious in the overall nursing ward of the responsibility system.This model is conducive to improving the satisfaction of patients,doctors and nurses and ensuring the quality of nursing care.
