摘要
阐述了对现有三氧化二砷包装系统进行升级改造,通过对包装系统的设备能力提升和自动化技术的应用,可优化人员配置,实现产品包装的自动化、智能化及生产的精细化,在保障作业人员职业卫生健康的同时达到节能降耗,减员增效的目的。
In this article,the upgrading and reconstruction of the current packing system of arsenic trioxide is presented.By means of the capability improvement of the packing system equipment and application of automation technology,the staffing can be optimized.The automation and intelligentization of the product packaging and production refinement can be achieved.When ensuring the occupational health and health of workers,the goal of energy saving and reduction of staff and efficiency can be realized in the meantime.
