Application on Siemens Automation Products in Electrolytic Units

介绍了西门子工业自动化控制产品在电解阳极机组控制系统中的应用,所组成的系统配置和网络结构;并从软硬件设计方面,叙述了对关键功能的成功实现,建立了Profibus-DP网络和现在总线ASI两种网络,并为后续改造提供一个可靠的网络平台。

In this article,the application,system configuration and network structure of Siemens industrial automation control products in the control system of electrolytic anode unit are introduced.In terms of software and hardware design,the successful implementation of key functions is described.Two kinds of networks which including profibus-dp network and present bus ASI network are established,and a reliable network platform is provided for subsequent transformation.
