摘要
德兴铜矿采矿场使用的YZ-35型牙轮钻机,其室内通风采用轴流通风机加惯性过滤器组合形式,由于采区粉尘大,且过滤器过滤效率低,给钻机室内的电器设备及机械设备带来极大的安全隐患。惯性过滤器容易堵塞,不易清洁,造成室内风量减小。室内正压不足,导致外部粉尘进入室内,伤害了钻机电气元器件。为改善这一状况,更换更大流量的风机。采用滤筒式除尘器,且具有反吹功能,满足了室内风量补充的同时,保证了室内空气的清洁度。提高了钻机运行的可靠性,降低了综合运营成本,且滤芯更换保养方便,现场适用性较强。
The YZ-35 tooth wheel drill used in the Dexing Copper Mine adopts an combination of axial flow fan and an inertial filter for indoor ventilation.Due to the large dust in the mining area and the low filtration efficiency of the filter,the electrical equipment and mechanical equipment in the drill room are faced great safety hazards.Inertial filters are easy to block,not easy to clean,resulting in a reduction in indoor wind volume.Since the insufficient indoor positive pressure,the external dust enters into indoor,damage to the drilling rig electrical components.In order to improve this situation,replacement of the fan with greater flow which is needed.The filter type dust collector is adopted,which has the function of back blowing.satisfying the indoor air volume supplement,and ensures the cleanliness of the indoor air at the same time.It improves the reliability of the rig operation,reduces the comprehensive operating cost,and the filter core is easy to replace and maintain,and the field applicability is strong.
