摘要
随着社会发展和技术的进步,我国的再生混凝土的研究日益深入,纤维再生混凝土能提高其力学性能已经成为了土木工程应用的重要依据。玄武岩纤维作为一种新型的无机绿色纤维材料,具有较好的延性及经济性,是改善再生混凝土力学性能的新选择。针对强度为C35的混凝土,研究了长度6mm、12mm及20mm的玄武岩纤维在0.15%及0.3%的体积掺量下对粗骨料替代率为50%的再生混凝土的抗压和劈裂抗拉性能。结果表明,掺入玄武岩纤维对替代率为50%的再生混凝土有一定的增强和增韧效果,长度为12mm,纤维体积掺量为0.3%的玄武岩纤维再生混凝土的抗压强度达到最大值。玄武岩纤维对提高再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度效果明显,长度为12mm,体积掺量为0.15%的玄武岩纤维再生混凝土的抗拉强度达到最优。
With the development of society and technological progress,the research of recycled concrete in our country is deepening increasingly.Fiber reinforced recycled concrete can improve its mechanical properties and has become the basis of civil engineering application.As a new type of inorganic green fiber material,basalt fiber has better ductility and economy,which is a new choice to improve the mechanical properties of recycled concrete.Aiming at the strength grade of C35 concrete,the compressive and splitting tensile properties of recycled concrete with replacement ratio of 50%with basalt fiber length of 6 mm,12mm and 20mm at 0.15%and 0.3%volume fraction are studied.The results show that adding basalt fiber to recycled concrete with a substitution ratio of 50%for coarse aggregate has certain enhancement and toughening effect.The compressive strength of recycled concrete with 12 mm length and 0.3%volume fraction of basalt fiber is the highest.The tensile strength of recycled concrete can be improved by basalt fiber obviously.The tensile strength with 12mm length and 0.15%volume fraction of basalt fiber is the best.
