摘要
为迎合国家"面向环境的制造"的发展趋势,也为了确保在国民经济建设的过程中各大技术装备的安全性,制造商对工程机械的结构设计以及材料选择提出了更高的要求。针对各大机械制造和起重运输业中所用到的吊钩横梁,考虑30#结构钢应用的广泛性,结合ANSYS Workbench有限元仿真模拟计算吊钩横梁在加载负载过程中的应力云图以及位移云图的变化情况,对吊钩横梁的危险截面在理论上进行系统全面地分析,为今后对吊钩横梁结构的设计以及优化提供了参考。
Under the background of the rapid development of high-tech industry,the industrialization of the major manufacturing industries has been further improved,and the engineering machinery has also been greatly developed.In order to cater to the development trend of“environment-oriented manufacturing”in China,and to ensure the safety of major technical equipment in the process of national economic construction,manufacturers put forward higher requirements for the structural design and material selection of engineering machinery.In view of the hoist crossbeams used in the manufacture of major machinery and the lifting transportation industry,in consideration of the wide application of structural steel No.30,combined with ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation,the changes of stress nephogram and displacement nephogram of the hook crossbeam during loading are calculated.The dangerous section on the hook crossbeam is theoretically,systematically and comprehensively analyzed It provides an essential reference for the design and optimization of the hook beam structure in the future.
