超声乳化手术与小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障临床疗效对比研究

Comparative study on the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification and small incision nonphacoemulsification surgery on cataract

目的对比研究超声乳化手术与小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年11月～2017年7月收治的白内障患者620例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法的分组方法分为两组,其中研究组570例接受超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗,对照组50例接受小切口非超声乳化手术治疗,对两组临床治疗效果、治疗前后角膜散光度变化及并发症发生率。结果研究组术后1 d视力恢复情况及术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月的视力恢复情况与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术前、术后1 d、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月的角膜散光度与研究组比较差异无统计学意义;研究组术后并发症低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化手术治疗白内障的治疗效果优于小切口非超声乳化手术,且具有操作简单,并发症少,安全性高等优势,值得临床优先选择和推广普及。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract.Methods A total of 620 patients with cataract treated in our hospital from November 2016 to July 2017 were selected as observation subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.570 patients in the study group received phacoemulsification and cataract extraction.Fifty patients in the group underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification surgery.Clinical efficacy,corneal astigmatism,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The visual recovery of the study group on the 1st postoperative day and the visual recovery at 1 week,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation were statistically different from those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in corneal astigmatism between the first day after operation,one week after operation,one month after operation,and three months after operation.The postoperative complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification surgery on cataract is superior to that of small incision non-phacoemulsification surgery.It has the advantages of simple operation,less complications and high safety.It is worthy of clinical selection and popularization.
