舒适护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿护理中的应用及效果评价

Application and effect evaluation of comfortable nursing care in elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema

目的观察舒适护理应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者中的应用,评价其临床效果。方法选取2016年12月～2017年12月本院收治的64例慢性阻塞性肺气肿老年患者展开分析,依据患者入院时间不同分为两组,即参照组32例给予呼吸内科基础护理常规,实验组32例在常规护理中加入舒适护理,对比两组临床干预效果。结果 (1)实验组治疗总有效率90.63%(29例)明显高于参照组71.83%(23例),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)实验组住院时间明显短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)经满意度调查问卷显示,实验组总满意率明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的临床治疗期间,舒适护理的介入有助于巩固并提升临床疗效,缩短患者住院时间,提升满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application of comfortable nursing care in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods 64 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema were selected from December 2016 to December 2017 and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.63%(29 cases)higher than that of the control group 71.83%(23 cases).The difference between the two groups was significant.The length of hospitalization in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive emphysema,the intervention of comfortable nursing is helpful to consolidate and improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the hospitalization time and enhance the satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
