左甲状腺素钠治疗甲状腺功能减退症的近期疗效及对相关性指标的影响

Short-term efficacy of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism and its influence on related indicators

目的探讨左甲状腺素钠对甲状腺功能减退症的近期疗效及对患者血清TSH、TT_3、FT_3水平的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月～2018年1月间收治的甲状腺功能减退症患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。所有患者均限盐低钠并给予锻炼及营养支持等基础性治疗,对照组患者给予口服甲状腺片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予左甲状腺素钠片治疗,比较两组患者近期疗效及血清TSH、TT_3、FT_4水平变化情况。结果两组患者治疗前血清TSH、TT_3、FT_4水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后TSH水平显著降低,TT_3及FT_4水平显著升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TSH水平显著低于对照组,TT_3水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FT_4水平比较差异无统计学意义。观察组总有效率95.24%;对照组总有效率80.95%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左甲状腺素钠能够显著降低甲状腺功能减退症患者血清TSH水平,提高TT_3及FT_4水平,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the short-term effect of levothyroxine sodium on hypothyroidism and the effect on serum TSH,TT3 and FT3 levels in patients.Methods 84 patients with hypothyroidism treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.All patients were given low sodium salt restriction and exercise and nutritional support and other basic treatment,the control group were treated with oral Thyroid Tablets treatment,observation group in the control group were given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets treatment,compared two groups of patients with curative effect and serum TSH,TT3 and FT4 level changes.Results Two groups of patients before treatment,serum TSH,TT3 and FT4 level had no significant difference;After treatment,TSH level decreased significantly,TT3 and FT4 were significantly increased(P<0.05);TSH in the observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,the level of TT3 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment FT4 levels there were no significant difference.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.95%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium can significantly reduce serum TSH level and TT3 and FT4 levels in patients with hypothyroidism,which is effective and worthy of clinical application.
