扶正化痰法联合吉西他滨顺铂(GP)方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Fuzheng Huatan Therapy Combined with Gemcitabine Cisplatin(GP) on Immune Function of Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨扶正化痰法联合吉西他滨顺铂(GP)方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年9月本院收治的60例晚期NSCLC患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组(n=30),对照组予以吉西他滨顺铂(GP)方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用扶正化痰法,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后T细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+)变化水平及毒副作用发生情况。结果两组总有效率差异无统计学意义;与治疗前比较,两组治疗后T细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+)改善显著,且相比于对照组治疗后,观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+更高,CD8^+更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组毒副作用发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正化痰法联合吉西他滨顺铂(GP)方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效显著,毒副作用少,有助于提高机体免疫功能,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Huatan method combined with gemcitabine cisplatin(GP)regimen on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(Non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)and its influence on immune function.Methods 60 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with gemcitabine cisplatin(GP)regimen.The observation group was treated with Fuzheng Huatan method on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,T cell subsets before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The changes of CD3+,CD4+and CD8+levels and the incidence of side effects were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups;after treatment,the T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)of the two groups improved significantly,and compared with the control group after treatment,the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+of the observation group after treatment were higher,and the CD8+was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Huatan method combined with gemcitabine cisplatin(GP)regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer,with less toxic and side effects.It is helpful to improve the body's immune function and is worthy of clinical application.
