摘要
高分子湿敏膜没有亲水基和生成氢键,对水分子不发生化学吸附,且在低湿氛围的离散性、参数漂移及疲劳失效率较低,但其零点漂移较大、低湿响应特性呈非线性仍一直困扰着其可靠性。一种通过前期老化及单片机插值运算处理法,令湿度传感器的特性参数都实时回归,可大幅度提高其对低湿空气露点检测的准确度和长期稳定性。
The high polymer wet sensitive film has no hydrophilic base and hydrogen bond,has no chemical adsorption on water molecules,and has low dispersion in low humidity atmosphere,parameter drift and fatigue failure efficiency.A method based on pre-aging and interpolation processing of single chip computer,which can make the nonlinear response and characteristic curve drift of humidity sensor return in real time,can greatly improve the accuracy and long-term stability of the detection of low humidity air dew point.
