摘要
文章从社会资本理论和期望确认理论出发,探究在互动问答虚拟社区中促进持续知识共享的因素。通过收集问卷的形式,利用结构方程建模对数据进行分析,发现认同是影响满意度的最大因素,满意度也显著影响持续知识共享行为。
Knowledge sharing is regarded as one of the important processes of knowledge management.After the rise of the Zhihu Website which leads to a trend of knowledge-paying,people seem more eager for the effectiveness of knowledge sharing.From the perspective of social capital theory and expectation confirmation theory,we have explored the factors that promote continuous knowledge sharing in the interactive question-and-answer virtual community.Through the form of questionnaire collection and analysis of data by using structural equation modeling,it is found that identity is the biggest factor affecting satisfaction degree,and satisfaction also significantly affects the continuous knowledge sharing behavior.
