姜酮复合微粉对肥胖型2型糖尿病小鼠减肥及降血糖作用

摘要 为了解自制的姜酮复合微粉对肥胖型2型糖尿病小鼠的减肥及降血糖作用,采用db/db小鼠为肥胖型2型糖尿病模型小鼠,给予姜酮复合微粉Ⅰ和姜酮复合微粉Ⅱ,通过葡萄糖耐量试验、胰岛素耐量试验以及组织切片技术等,观察姜酮复合微粉的作用。结果显示姜酮复合微粉Ⅰ和姜酮复合微粉Ⅱ在给药7 d后小鼠血糖值分别降至(6.20±1. 27) mmol/L和(3.83±1. 88) mmol/L,且用药28 d期间血糖维持稳定;服用姜酮复合微粉Ⅰ和姜酮复合微粉Ⅱ小鼠的葡萄糖水平曲线下的面积(AUC)与模型对照组相比显著降低;服用姜酮复合微粉Ⅱ小鼠腹部脂肪质量显著降低,服用姜酮复合微粉Ⅰ和姜酮复合微粉Ⅱ小鼠脂肪细胞明显缩小。说明该姜酮复合微粉具有显著降低肥胖型2型糖尿病小鼠血糖和减肥的作用。 In order to investigate the effect of zingerone compound powder(ZCP)on hyperglycemia and obesity in obesity type 2 diabetic mice,Db/db mice were used as model mice for obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the ZCPⅠand ZCPⅡwere given.Glucose tolerance test,insulin tolerance test and tissue slice technique were used to observe the effect of ZCP.The results showed that the blood glucose of the mice taking ZCPⅠand ZCPⅡdecreased to(6.20±1.27)mmol/L and(3.83±1.88)mmol/L after seven days of administration,and blood glucose remained stable for four weeks.The area under the glucose level curve(AUC)of the mice taking ZCPⅠand ZCPⅡsignificantly decreased compared with that of the model control group.The weight of abdominal fat of the mice taking ZCPⅡwas significantly decreased.The size of adipocytes of the mice taking ZCPⅠand ZCPⅡdecreased significantly.The results showed that the ZCP had a significant effect on reducing blood glucose and weight loss in obesity type 2 diabetic mice.
