一种便携式无线有毒气体检测仪的设计

Design of a portable wireless toxic gas detector

为提高动火现场的环境监察程度,提出了以STM32L151RBT6低功耗微控制器为核心的便携式有毒气体检测仪;采用电化学式气体传感器对有毒气体进行检测,运用cc1101这种高性能射频收发器实现无线数据传输功能;采用USB接口方式实现数据上传和充电功能;提出了检测仪中的硬件和软件设计;实验调试表明,有毒气体检测精度均符合国标要求,在石油化工等领域具有极高的应用价值。

To improve the environmental monitoring of hot work,put forward to STM32L151C8T6 low-power microcontroller as the core of the portable toxic gas detector.Use electric chemical gas sensor to test the toxic gas,using the cc1101 the high-performance transceiver to realize wireless data transmission function.Using USB interface for data upload and charging function.Put forward the detector in the design of hardware and software.After the experimental debugging,suggesting that the toxic gas detection precision is in line with the national standard requirements,has a very high application value in petrochemical and other fields.
