个性化护理干预对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后生活质量的影响

The influence of individualized nursing intervention on the life quality of malignant lymphadenoma patients after chemotherapy

目的研究护理干预对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2016年4月收治的恶性淋巴瘤患者80例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者实行常规护理方法,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实行个性化护理干预方法,对比2组患者生活质质量状况、心理状况和患者护理满意度。结果通过不同护理干预后,观察组患者SAS评分(36. 4±6. 9)分、SDS评分(52. 2±6. 1)分均低于对照组(46. 1±6. 6)分、(58. 7±6. 4)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);且观察组生活质量各项指标评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对恶性淋巴瘤患者实行个性化护理干预后效果明显,能提高患者化疗后生活质量,提升护理满意度,意义重大,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To study the influence of individualized nursing intervention on the life quality of malignant lymphadenoma patients after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with malignant lymphadenoma who were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group were treated with individualized nursing intervention methods on the basis of routine nursing.The life quality,psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After different nursing intervention,the SAS score(36.4±6.9),SDS score(52.2±6.1)of the patients in the observation group were lower than the control group(46.1±6.6)、(58.7±6.4),there were significant differences(P<0.05).The life Quality index score in the observation group were higher than the control group which had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of individualized nursing intervention on malignant lymphoma patients is obvious.It is of great significance and worthy of clinical application for greatly improving the life quality after chemotherapy and the nursing satisfaction.
