从房屋建设工程的各种实践出发,认真分析了强化软土地基施工质量的价值,探讨了深层水泥搅拌桩、深层石灰搅拌桩、砂垫层和砂石垫层换填等方法在这几种软土地基的房屋建筑施工过程中需要注意的地方和需要进行的相关质检工作,从而提高软土地基施工质量。

From the practice of building construction project,this paper analyzes the value of strengthening the construction quality of soft soil foundation,and probes into the places and needs of the deep cement mixing pile,deep lime mixing pile,sand cushion and sand cushion replacement in the building construction process of these soft soil foundations.The relevant quality inspection should be carried out,so as improve the construction quality of soft soil foundation.
