摘要
某核电项目综合管廊经常出现混凝土外观质量缺陷,在其他工程建设领域,该质量问题也同样存在。通过人、机、料、法、环五个方面寻找对策,加强人因管理并制定一系列的工艺改善措施,包括大模板使用、规范埋件安装、混凝土养护、锥体孔封等方面因素,使外观质量得到显著改善。
The quality defect of concrete appearance often appears in nuclear power project underground pipe gallery.The same problem also exists in other engineering fields.The engineers seek for countermeasures from five aspects of human,machine,material,law and environment.It makes apparent quality improvement in concrete appearance by strengthening human management and the engineers also set up a series of technological improvement measures which includes the use of large formwork,the standard installation of buried parts,concrete maintenance,vertebral pore sealing and other factors.
