摘要
电力系统是电气设备、导体、绝缘体的有序组合,而系统的接头是系统故障的源头。技术人员通过红外成像技术,能够发现电气设备明显的、隐蔽的功能性过热故障、可以在运行条件下监视设备缺陷状况,识别和分析设备缺陷发展的状态。红外成像检测快速、准确,加强红外成像检测闭环管理,能够及时发现、处理、预防重大事故的发生,实现设备安稳长运行。本文就检测单位对电气设备红外成像检测的三个案例就红外检测方法及应用给予说明,希望引起用户对红外检测闭环管理的足够重视。
The power system is an orderly combination of electrical equipment,conductors and insulators,and the system joints are the source of the system failures.Technical staff through infrared imaging technology,electrical equipment can find obvious and hidden overheating fault,and the operating conditions monitoring equipment defect status,identify and analyze the defects of equipment development status.Infrared imaging detection is fast,accurate and strengthens the closed-loop management of infrared imaging detection.It can detect,deal with and prevent major accidents in a timely manner,and make the equipment run steadily.In this paper,three cases of infrared imaging testing of electrical equipment are explained,and infrared detection methods and applications are given.It is hoped that the users can pay enough attention to the closedloop management of infrared detection.
