Slip Resistance Evaluation for Wooden Flooring

摘要 基于国家和行业标准均未对室内常规木质地板防滑性能进行规定的现状,采用英国标准及相关技术要求的分类方式,对80批次不同饰面材料的木质地板,在干燥洁净、表面介质为水和食用油时的防滑性能进行测试。结果显示:表面介质是影响地板防滑性能的主要因素;油漆饰面类地板的防滑性能优于浸渍纸层压木质地板;铺装方式对地板的防滑性能影响较小。 British standards were used to investigate and evaluate slip potential for 80 batches of wooden flooring products,with different decorative materials,since there are no relevant Chinese standards available.Slip potential of a clean surface,a water contaminated surface and a cooking oil contaminated surface were tested,respectively.The results showed that surface medium was the major factor to effect slip resistance.Slip resistance of varnished wood flooring was superior to that of laminated flooring.Assembly style had little contribution to slip resistance.
