我国区域人民美好生活水平评价分析

An Evaluation Analysis of People's Better Life among Regions in China

提高人民美好生活水平已成为现阶段各地政府重要工作目标。本文基于人民美好生活水平的内涵,从收入分配、劳动就业、生活质量、人口素质、民主法制、公共设施与服务及生态环境等方面,科学构建了人民美好生活水平评价指标体系,并运用熵权TOPSIS方法对我国2015年部分区域人民美好生活发展水平进行评价分析,结果表明:我国人民美好生活发展水平在区域间存在着严重不平衡,东部地区显著高于中西部地区;在城乡之间、群体内部不平衡不充分状况十分明显,在东、西部地区表现尤为突出。最后有针对性地提出提高美好生活发展水平的政策建议。

Improving people's life standard has become an important goal of government work at present.Based on the connotation of people's better life,this paper scientifically constructs the evaluation index system of people's better life standard from the aspects of income distribution,employment,quality of life,population quality,democracy and legal system,public facilities and services as well as ecological environment.Then the weighted TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the level of people's better life in some regions of China in 2015.The results show that there is severe imbalance in the development of people's better life in regional level.The level of eastern region is significantly higher than that of the central and western regions.Meanwhile,there is also imbalance between urban and rural areas,as well as within urban and rural group,and the phenomenon is especially obvious in the eastern and western areas.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the development of people's better life.
