自媒体时代,心灵鸡汤在朋友圈盛行有其缘由。观照心灵鸡汤的故事形态可以发现,在故事结构形态上,心灵鸡汤的功能项倾向于"调停",却存在无法"解决"的缺憾;在语言形态上,心灵鸡汤的暖心话语具有激励作用,但其背后的套路操纵,则呈现出不能自主的矛盾性;在价值形态上,它表现为自然和自由的悖论。而心灵鸡汤应该以人为目的,而不是外在的金钱、消费、等级等为实现途径。辩证地看待心灵鸡汤,既要看到其"毒"的一面,也要看到"营养"的一面。这样有助于心灵鸡汤故事的良性改善,催生出净化心灵、发现世界的精神食粮的出现。
