改革开放以来我国社会质量管理理论思想创新

社会质量管理的概念由我国质量学者在上世纪80年代首次提出,30多年来虽然没有得到足够的重视,但仍得到持续的研究和发展。本文以中国特色的质量管理——社会质量管理的理论思想为主线,分析了当代质量管理所处的环境和面临的挑战,总结了改革开放以来我国社会质量管理理论思想的起源和发展过程,分析了社会质量管理深刻蕴含的深刻思想。认为社会质量管理是对全面质量管理的发展,质量管理将进入到社会质量管理的新阶段。

The concept of social quality management was first put forward by Chinese scholars in the 1980s.Although it has not been paid enough attention for more than 30 years,it has been continuously studied and developed.Based on the theory of social quality management with Chinese characteristics,this paper analyzes the environment and challenges of contemporary quality management,summarizes the origin and development process of the theory of social quality management in China since the reform and opening up,and analyzes the profound thoughts contained in the theory of social quality management.It is believed that social quality management is the development of total quality management,and quality management will enter a new stage of social quality management.
