摘要
镇城底矿主斜井带式输送机CST驱动系统于2003年安装投运至今,运行已有14年之久,三台减速器均出现不同程度的疲劳磨损,进入后期运行阶段,故障多,重载启动困难,修理周期长,维修费用高,已难以保证主斜井皮带的正常运行,给矿井的安全生产造成了极大的困难。经过对常用的且性能较好的5种带式输送机驱动系统的优缺点进行分析比较,采用永磁同步电机变频直驱系统直接替换原有的CST系统。系统改造后具有结构简单,启动转矩大,高效节能,噪音低,起动平稳,使用方便,人工维护量小等特点,既解决了重载启动困难等问题,同时还实现15%的节能效果。
The CST drive system of belt conveyor of main inclined shaft,installed and put into operation in 2003,has been running for 14 years in Zhenchengdi Mine.All three reducers showed different degrees of fatigue wear.Many faults,difficult heavy load starting,long repair cycle,and high maintenance cost occurred in the final operation stage,which have made it difficult to ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft and have led to difficulties in the safe production.On the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of five belt conveyor drive systems with popularity and better performances,a permanent magnet synchronous motor with variable frequency direct drive system was used to replace the previous CST system.The innovated system has certain features,including simple structure,high starting torque,efficiency and energy saving,low noise,stable starting,convenience and less manual maintenance,which has not only solved the heavy load starting but also cut energy use by 15%.
