摘要
山西省煤炭行业扎实推进"机械化换人、自动化减人"科技强安专项行动,提高煤矿安全生产标准化水平,煤矿井下变电所的运行方式由过去的人工值守变成无人值守+有人巡视,新的运行方式必然带来新的安全风险,本文对无人值守变电所存在的安全风险进行了分析总结,对造成安全风险的因素提出了管控策略,促进变电所在无人值守状态下安全稳定运行。
The coal industry in Shanxi Province solidly promotes a special operation of Mechanization and Automation to improve the standardization of coal mine safety production.The substations in coal mines have changed from the attended to unattended duty with patrols.However,the new way will inevitably bring some security risks.This paper analyzed the security risks and proposed some management and control strategies to promote the safe and stable operation of the unattended substations.
