摘要
在深入分析瓦斯测压钻孔封孔技术工艺的基础上,研发设计了基于膨胀剂的二次封孔装置,拓展了瓦斯测压和抽采钻孔的封孔方式。装置由独立空腔、注水膨胀胶囊、膨胀剂胶囊组成。独立空腔为镀锌钢管,前段为进气花管,花管与外部测压表连通;注水膨胀胶囊外部与防尘供水管路连通,注水后形成第一次封孔;膨胀剂胶囊与高压供水管路连通,注水后形成第二次封孔。该工艺技术条件简单、封孔效果好、瓦斯抽采率高,便于现场推广应用。
On the analysis of gas pressure drilling and sealing,we have developed a secondary sealing device based on expansion agent,and improved the sealing method of gas pressure measurement and extraction drilling.The device consists of a separate cavity,a water-inflated capsule,and a capsule with expansion agent.The cavity is made up of galvanized steel pipe and the front section is used as an inlet tube,which is connected with an external pressure gauge.The outside water-inflated capsule is connected with the dust-proof water supply pipeline and the first sealing hole is formed after its water injection.The expansion agent capsule is connected with the high-pressure water supply pipeline and a second sealing hole is formed after its water injection.The process has many advantages,including simple technical conditions,good sealing effect,and high gas extraction rate,which is convenient for the on-site promotion and application.
