摘要
分析了湿烟羽的形成和消散机理,并采用CFD模拟研究了湿烟气与环境空气混合过程中扩散因素对湿烟羽形成条件的影响。结果表明:扩散因素对湿烟羽形成条件影响显著;通过CFD模拟环境风速、温度和烟囱高度等因素对湿烟羽形成的影响,能获得更准确、可靠的湿烟羽形成条件,为湿烟羽控制工艺设计提供依据。
The paper presents the results from an analysis on the formation and dissipation mechanism of wet smoke plume and a CFD simulation on the impacts of the diffusion factors on the forming conditions of wet smoke plume.The results showed that the wet smoke plume conditions are significantly affected by the diffusion factors;while through application of CFD simulation,taking into accounts the impacts of environment factors such as wind speed,temperature and chimney height etc.,on the forming of wet smoke,wet plume forming conditions could be obtained in a more accurate and reliable way,so as to provide the basis for wet plume control process design.
