摘要
转轮浓缩-蓄热燃烧技术广泛应用于大风量、中低浓度有机废气的治理,具有净化效率高、运行维护简单等优点。转轮浓缩-蓄热燃烧技术是将吸附浓缩技术和蓄热燃烧技术进行有效地结合,中低浓度废气经吸附转轮浓缩后脱附出来进入蓄热燃烧设备,燃烧生成无毒无害物质达标排放。该组合技术大大降低了治理费用,并提高了净化效率。本文对转轮浓缩-蓄热燃烧工艺进行详细介绍,包括吸附转轮、蓄热燃烧设备等,最后对该技术在实际工程中的应用需要注意的问题进行了剖析。
With the advantages of high purification efficiency and simple operation and maintenance,the integrated technology of adsorption rotor and regenerative thermal oxidation is widely used in treating organic waste gas with high air volume and with medium or low pollutant's concentration.This technology,by effectively integrating the absorption technology and regenerative thermal oxidation technologies,can support the adsorption of the exhaust gas with medium and low concentration at absorption the rotors and their later desorption in the regenerative thermal oxidation equipment,and generate non-toxic and non-hazardous gas after combustion.This technology greatly reduces the cost of treatment and improves the purification efficiency.In this paper,the technology of adsorption rotor and regenerative thermal oxidation is introduced in detail.Finally,the problems that should pay attention to in practical engineering application are analyzed.
