十堰市环境保护监测站2014—2016年科技论文发表情况分析

摘要 采用文献计量学方法,对中国知网(CNKI) 2014—2016年所收录的十堰市环境保护监测站科技论文的情况进行了分析统计,着重分析了近三年来该单位职工发表论文的数量、期刊分布、论文专业分布以及作者特征。三年内本单位有17名技术人员在15种期刊上发文29篇,发文数量逐年增加,核心期刊占比较低,仅17. 24%;论文专业以环境监测和环境质量评价为主;发文数量最多的作者为4篇,高级职称人员发表论文人均最多为1. 00篇,中高级技术职称人员、年龄在40~49岁人员以及大专及以下学历人员发文数量所占比重最大。最后剖析了原因并提出了建议和措施,为今后基层环境监测系统的业务管理和人才培养提供参考。 By using bibliometric methods,this paper conducts an analysis for the published papers that collected through the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),which authored by technicians from Environmental Protection Monitoring Station of Shiyan during 2014-2016.The analysis focus on the number of papers,the periodicals distribution,specialty distribution of the published articles and the characteristics of authors.In recent years,there are 17 professionals from Environmental Protection Monitoring Station of Shiyan have issued paper,with a total number of 29,distributing in 15 journals.The total numbers of literature issued have been witnessed in increasing during recent years.However,papers published in core journals accounted only for 23.29%,mostly concentrated in the field of environmental monitoring and environmental quality assessment.The leading author contributed 4 papers among the total articles.The highest paper numbers per capita among senior professional titles was 1.00.The highest paper contributors were from the group of persons with middle and high technical title,aged from 40 to 49,with associated bachelor degree or lower.Finally,an analysis on the reasons was carried out and suggestions were put forward for serving as reference for future business and personnel trainning management in environmental monitoring system.
