摘要 为提高用户侧光伏发电系统用户的投资收益,减小电费支出,根据分时电价政策,开发了一种光伏发电并网优化系统。用户根据当地分时电价政策设置好"峰谷平"电价时段后,系统能根据"峰谷平"时段、光伏发电状况、蓄电池荷电状态、用户用电情况,自动优化购电与售电,提升能源利用率。系统由光伏电池阵列、控制器、逆变器、蓄电池组、各类控制开关、各种检测模块、计量电能表等组成。设计了控制器的硬件电路与软件程序,并用Keil uVision平台调试与编译程序,Proteus仿真软硬件,仿真结果达到设计的功能。 A photovoltaic grid connected optimization system is developed based on the time-of-use power price policy to improve the investment income of the user side photovoltaic power generation system and reduce electricity expenditure.First,users set up"peak valley flat"electricity price according to the local time price policy.Then,the system can automatically optimize the purchase and sale of electricity according to the period of"peak and valley level",photovoltaic generation,battery charging state and user power consumption,so as to improve the utilization rate of energy.The system is composed of photovoltaic cell array,controller,inverter,battery group,all kinds of control switches,various detection modules,power meters and so on.The hardware circuit and software program of the controller were designed,and debugged and compiled with Keil uVision platform.Proteus simulated software and hardware,and the simulation result achieved the design function.
